The organizational climate and job satisfaction are crucial for health management, due to the possible negative impact on the quality of care and staff well-being. For this reason, it was proposed to analyze the relationship between these variables in 30 nursing professionals from the “Dr. Rafael Lucio” in Veracruz, through a quantitative, transversal and correlational study, with the Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO) by Ugarte et al. (2009) and the Meliá S21/26 Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (1998); Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to test the research hypothesis, considering a confidence level of 95%, using the SPSS 24 statistical package. The multiple regression model allowed us to identify that the dimensions of structure (p= 0.007) and motivation (p=0.008) organizational are positively related to job satisfaction, while the communication dimension (p= 0.012) is negatively related.
Noemi Guadalupe Nava GalindoMaría Isabel Hernández SequedaSilvia Socorro Lara Arellano

Agritourism is an alternative for integrating rural families into the current tourism landscape in the northeastern region, which excludes them. Rural and agricultural activities in the communities surrounding the towns designated as Magical Towns are not being utilized in the area. The objective of the research is to determine the productive activities, as well as the utilization of natural resources, of rural communities in the region's tourist routes and tours. This is achieved through surveys to understand the expectations and empathy of visitors to the region regarding agritourism. The results show that visitors are inclined to learn about and participate in the region's productive activities during their stay, as this enriches their experiences, improving their satisfaction levels, and also increases their knowledge, culture, and affinity with the area's Indigenous communities.
Guillermo Mejía MéndezMarco Antonio Lara de la CallejaLuis Manuel García MartínezSonia Gutiérrez Luna
