E-government como Estrategia de Continuidad ante COVID-19

La prestación de servicios digitales es fundamental para la operatividad de los gobiernos ante eventos disruptivos como fue pandemia provocada por COVID-19. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar los tipos de interacción digital en los procesos e-government que se pusieron en marcha a partir de la pandemia por COVID-19, se seleccionaron 76 artículos de bases de datos electrónicas de editoriales como Elsevier y SpringerLink durante el período 2019-2022. Los resultados muestran que la pandemia fungió como catalizador acelerando la integración de las plataformas digitales para amortiguar los efectos del virus, donde el foco de interés de las administraciones públicas fue del tipo de interacción gobierno-ciudadano (G2C) en los ámbitos educativos y sociales.
