Importancia de la gestión del talento humano en las micro y pequeñas empresas: una revisión de la literatura

Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPymes) benefician el desarrollo económico de los países, pero cuentan con muchos desafíos como el mantener y desarrollar a su capital humano. Ante un entorno constantemente cambiante, la lealtad hacia un solo empleo se ha convertido en un mito, lo que ha obligado a las empresas a buscar estrategias que les permitan hacer frente a este fenómeno. El presente trabajo llevó a cabo una revisión de la literatura, con el objetivo de conocer la importancia de la gestión del talento humano en las MiPymes, así como también, analizar aquellos hallazgos relevantes. Los resultados demuestran la importancia y el desafío de adaptar aspectos del talento humano al contexto de las MiPymes.
