Análisis del Equilibrio y la Marcha en un paciente con Síndrome de Miller Fisher

Problema de investigación: El Síndrome de Miller Fisher genera alteraciones significativas en el equilibrio y la marcha que afectan la funcionalidad y calidad de vida de los pacientes. Objetivo general: Evaluar el equilibrio y la marcha en un paciente diagnosticado con Síndrome de Miller Fisher para determinar la relación entre las alteraciones neurológicas y su impacto en la funcionalidad. Clasificación de la investigación: Por el tipo de datos recolectados fue cuantitativa; el alcance fue descriptivo, según la fuente de recolección de datos fue observacional; de acuerdo con el plan de recolección de datos fue longitudinal. Población y muestra: Un paciente adulto diagnosticado con Síndrome de Miller Fisher. Instrumentos de investigación: Escala de Equilibrio y Movilidad de Tinetti. Validación de instrumentos: Se utilizó un instrumento estandarizado y validado internacionalmente. Análisis de datos: Estadística descriptiva mediante análisis comparativo pre-post intervención. Resultados: La puntuación de Tinetti mejoró de 21 a 26 puntos. Conclusiones: La rehabilitación física estructurada demostró efectividad significativa en la mejora del equilibrio y marcha del paciente evaluado.
