Factores asociados al compromiso laboral en enfermería; revisión sistemática

Influir sobre en el compromiso laborar es una oportunidad para favorecer que la gestión en enfermería sea positiva sobre el desempeño y las metas laborales, por lo tanto, es necesario determinar los factores que pueden llegar a influirla. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura publicada entre enero de 2010 y diciembre de 2020 en las bases de EBSCOhots, ScienceDirect, ProQuest y PubMed, se incluyeron 31 artículos en inglés y español, conducidos de acuerdo con la metodología PRISMA; para la selección se emplearon Descriptores en Ciencias de la Salud (DeCS), Descriptores MeSH, así como la combinación de operadores booleanos OR y AND. Se encontró que el compromiso laboral está asociado positivamente a la creatividad, inteligencia emocional, liderazgo, resiliencia, competencia moral, autoeficacia, vocación y la satisfacción laboral, mientras que la sobrecarga laboral, las exigencias del trabajo, el burnout y el contexto laboral exigente tuvieron una relación negativa.
